Crunchy Veggie Sticks with Yogurt Dip

Servings: 2–3 kids

Ingredients

  • 1 small carrot, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1 cucumber, cut into sticks
  • 1 small bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • Β½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt & pepper
  • A sprinkle of dried herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and herbs to make the dip.
  2. Arrange veggie sticks on a plate.
  3. Serve with the yogurt dip on the side.
