Ingredients
- 1 small carrot, peeled and cut into sticks
- 1 cucumber, cut into sticks
- 1 small bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- Β½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- A pinch of salt & pepper
- A sprinkle of dried herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and herbs to make the dip.
- Arrange veggie sticks on a plate.
- Serve with the yogurt dip on the side.
