Fruit & Yogurt Parfait Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • ½ cup blueberries or grapes (halved)
  • ¼ cup granola (or crushed digestive biscuits for softer texture)

Instructions

  1. In a small glass or cup, layer yogurt, then fruit, then granola.
  2. Repeat layers until the cup is full.
  3. Top with extra fruit and a drizzle of honey if desired.
