Peanut Butter Banana Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (or almond butter / sunflower seed butter for nut-free option)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • A drizzle of honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortilla flat and spread peanut butter evenly.
  2. Place the banana on one side and roll the tortilla tightly around it.
  3. Slice into small bite-sized pieces.
  4. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for on-the-go snacking.
